1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern participation in the “VIP FreeBets Store” promotional campaign (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) organized by Paripesa (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the user’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Platform Rules.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participation is open to players who are at least 18 years of age.

2.2. The participant must have an active gaming account.

2.3. Only one account per individual, device, phone number, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to request identity verification before or after the accrual of virtual currency (hereinafter, “Coins,” the internal currency of the Promotion, accrued based on the participant’s GGR performance).

2.5. This Promotion is intended for players who place bets regularly but, despite their activity, do not frequently predict event outcomes successfully.

2.6. To participate, players must meet the following conditions:

• Make a deposit of at least USD 1,000;
• Have a net loss ratio of 10% or higher.
  (Net Loss Ratio = (Total Bets – Total Winnings) / Total Bets)

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.

4. Participation Rules

4.1. To receive Coins, the participant must:

• Register/log in to their account;
• Place bets on various sporting events.

4.2. Coins are awarded for losing bets and are reflected in the participant’s balance on the Promotion page. Coins are credited as follows: Negative GGR – 1%, 0–10% – 2%, 10–20% – 3%, 20–50% – 5%, 50%+ – 7%.

4.3. Coins may be exchanged for Tickets (the internal store currency), which may be redeemed for free bets in the Store section.

5. Free Bet Usage Rules

5.1. A free bet is not real money and may only be used to place bets on the Organizer’s platform.

5.2. A free bet must be used before the end of the Promotion period from the moment it is received, unless otherwise specified.

5.3. A free bet may be subject to a minimum odds requirement (e.g., 1.5 or higher) and restrictions regarding bet types (e.g., single bet, accumulator, etc.).

5.4. A free bet may not be cashed out, sold, transferred to another person, or used to purchase other bonuses.

6. Store and Purchase History

6.1. The Store contains free bets of various denominations with different activation conditions, which may be purchased using Tickets.

6.2. The Purchase History section displays all previously purchased free bets.

7. Restrictions, Disqualification, and Cancellation

7.1. A free bet and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled if:

• these Terms are violated;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• the Organizer’s rules are violated.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation, cancel a free bet, or void winnings if any of the following are detected:

• multiple accounts;
• use of VPN or location-masking tools;
• falsified information;
• bet manipulation;
• creation of schemes intended to obtain repeated bonuses.

7.3. Participants who violate the betting laws of the country in which they reside shall be disqualified.

8. Participant Notification

8.1. 8.1. Free bet accruals are displayed in the participant’s profile in the Promotion history section.

8.2. The Organizer is not obligated to notify each participant individually regarding changes to the Promotion; the updated Terms shall be published on the Promotion website.

9. Liability and Limitations

9.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• technical malfunctions of communication providers;
• internet delays;
• data entry errors made by the participant.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel a free bet due to technical reasons or suspected abuse.

10. Amendments to the Terms

10.1. The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website or in the application.

10.2. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Personal Data Processing

11.1. The participant consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Promotion, identity verification, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the sending of marketing notifications.
